Hi! I’m Eleanor and I believe that people are the most important part of any puzzle. Whether it’s understanding what they need, changing minds, nudging behaviours or building a great team.

Service design is a passion as much as it is a career. I have 4 years experience designing public sector services, where I started in delivering Nutrition programmes to local communities. Evolving my journey in this way means I know the realities of implementing with real people, and I design for this. I love working in design for good spaces because it drives change where it is needed most.

I'm comfortable in strategic and operational environments, and choose to work where social impact, creativity and pragmatism meet to design efficient systems that are inclusive and sustainable.
